Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university
• Pursuing a degree in Pharmacy (PharmD), Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, Biochemistry, or a related health science field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident

How to Apply

1. Personal statement (300–500 words): "How can evidence-based dietary supplements contribute to public health?"
2. Proof of enrollment — unofficial transcript or enrollment verification letter
3. Your information — full name, school name, degree program, expected graduation date

To ensure transparency and verify that this scholarship is genuinely awarded each year, the school name and year of award of each recipient will be published on this page. By submitting an application, you consent to this publication if selected.

Selection Criteria
