The fruiting body is the actual mushroom — the part that grows above ground and contains the highest concentrations of active compounds like beta-glucans, hericenones, and triterpenes. Mycelium on grain (used by many cheaper brands) is the root-like structure grown on a grain substrate. The problem: when tested, these products are mostly starch from the grain, not mushroom. We use 100% fruiting body, always — and third-party test every batch to prove it.

Each bottle contains 60 capsules. The recommended serving size is 2 capsules per day (1,000mg total), giving you a 30-day supply per bottle. For Lion's Mane, we suggest taking in the morning. For Reishi, in the evening. For Cordyceps, 30–60 minutes before exercise.
