Our Story
We Built the Brand
We Couldn't Find
After spending months researching supplements, we kept running into the same problem: products claiming to be "premium" often hid their doses behind proprietary blends, used underdosed amounts, and showed minimal science to back their claims.
So we started over. We sourced clinically validated ingredients — from KSM-66 Ashwagandha to 97% Berberine HCl — partnered with an independent third-party lab for batch testing, and built a brand around one promise: full label transparency. Every ingredient, every dose, disclosed on every Supplement Facts panel.
Our Values
What We Stand For
Radical Transparency
We publish every COA from our third-party testing lab. We link every scientific claim to its PubMed source. If we can't back it up, we don't say it.
Premium Ingredients. Clinically Dosed.
No proprietary blends — every ingredient and exact dose is disclosed on the label. We source clinically-studied forms (KSM-66® Ashwagandha, 97% Berberine HCl, amino-acid-bound Magnesium) and test every batch through an independent third-party lab to verify purity and potency.
Science-First Formulation
For single-ingredient products, our doses match what worked in published clinical trials — 600mg KSM-66®, 800mg Berberine dual-extract, 275mg elemental Magnesium. For broad-spectrum blends, we prioritize clean sourcing and full label transparency so you can see exactly what you're getting.
No Fads. No Shortcuts.
We spend months testing and validating before anything goes into a capsule with our name on it. Quality takes time.
Meet the Founder
Who's Behind YourHealthier
I'm Tao Wu, the founder of YourHealthier.
One night I was sitting at my desk with half a dozen supplement bottles lined up in front of me. Magnesium glycinate, ashwagandha, berberine — I'd been taking them daily for about three years. One bottle said "2,000 mg per serving." Another claimed 2,500 mg. Big numbers, bold fonts. Then I flipped them over and did the math. Elemental magnesium — the part your body actually absorbs — makes up about 14% of the total compound weight. That 2,000 mg? Roughly 250 mg of real magnesium. The labels weren't lying. They were just designed so you'd never bother to check.
I started pulling apart every bottle on that desk. Proprietary blends where you couldn't see individual doses. "Clinically studied" claims with dead links or no citations at all. Review sections that read like they were written by the same person. Most brands don't even publish their Certificates of Analysis — without third-party lab data, you're just taking their word for it. And that word, it turns out, is generous.
That night I didn't go to bed. I went down a PubMed rabbit hole instead. Weeks turned into months. I wasn't trying to start a business. I just wanted to find a brand I could actually trust. Never found one, so I ended up building it.
Our Magnesium Glycinate has a compound weight of 2,500 mg per serving. I could have printed that number on the front of the bottle — plenty of brands do. Instead, the label says 275 mg, because that's the elemental magnesium. The part that actually reaches your bloodstream. I'd rather have a smaller number that means something than a bigger one that doesn't.
I don't use proprietary blends. Every ingredient, every dose, on the label. I don't pay anyone to recommend my products, and I've never spent a dollar on ads. This site has 170 articles, each one hyperlinked to peer-reviewed PubMed sources so you can read the original study yourself. If I can't back a claim with published research, it doesn't go on the page. Every product is manufactured in the USA, in a GMP-certified, FDA-registered facility.
Every product page is independently reviewed twice before it goes live — once by a board-certified physician for medical accuracy and supplement-drug interaction safety, and once by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for nutritional claims and ingredient evidence. Both reviewers are NPI-verified and named on every page they review.
This isn’t a marketing line — we have a responsibility to stand behind the efficacy and safety of every product.
